The objective of the Small Business Center at Craven Community College is to increase the success rate and the number of viable small businesses in Craven County. If you are interested in starting a small business or currently operate or work at a small business, we offer the following resources:

We know when small business succeeds, the community benefits! Our programs are designed to prepare aspiring entrepreneurs for business ownership and to help current business owners sharpen their focus. You may attend one or all of the workshops. Registration is required.

The Small Business Center provides free Confidential counseling services for individuals wishing to start a business. It also provides counseling for small business owners who needs some type of assistance. Do you have a business dream to fulfill or a business problem you need help solving? The Small Business Center provides free computer and Internet access and a variety of small business resources, including specialized software and multimedia tools, along with small business books, magazines and government resources
