United Way of Coastal Carolina Announces Second Annual Casino Night

The United Way of Coastal Carolina is gearing up for an unforgettable evening of fun, glamour and philanthropy at their Second Annual Casino Night on Saturday, April 5th, at 6:00pm. The event will be held at the Riverfront Convention Center in Downtown New Bern and promises to be an exciting night for the whole community.
Get ready for an evening full of professional casino games, delectable food and enchanting entertainment – all for a great cause. The event will feature professional dealers and classic casino games like poker, blackjack, roulette, and craps. Guests will use “funny money” to exchange for poker chips, which can be used to win fabulous prizes in the end-of-night raffle.
“We know gambling with real money isn’t quite legal in North Carolina yet,” says Tony Norwood, Board President of the United Way of Coastal Carolina, “but we’re bringing the Vegas experience to New Bern so everyone can enjoy the thrill of gambling while supporting a great cause. Every poker chip you win brings you one step closer to taking home amazing prizes!”
The night will also feature:
● Delicious food from Posh Nosh Catering, ensuring no one goes hungry while they try their luck at the tables.
● A full bar to keep the good times flowing all night long.
● Magical talents of Bryan Sanders, adding a touch of wonder and delight to the evening.
● Live jazz music to set the mood and enhance the experience.
● Emceeing by the incredible Brian North, who will keep the energy high and the crowd engaged.
● Fabulous prizes including a silent auction with exclusive items such as tickets to see newly appointed Bill Belichick at a UNC football game in November, luxurious trips to Mexico, and exciting group golf getaways.
The event is black tie optional, and guests are encouraged to dress up in their Vegas-themed best for a glamorous evening of gaming and giving back.
Proceeds from Casino Night will directly benefit the United Way of Coastal Carolina, supporting critical community programs that make a tangible impact in the region.
Tickets are still available at UnitedWayCoastalNC.org, so don’t miss out on your chance to be part of this exciting night.
