At HFCC, we understand that not everyone can or wishes to spend their final moments at home. That’s why we offer a comforting alternative in a serene, home-like environment. Our compassionate team is dedicated to meeting the unique needs of each individual, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and respect.

We believe in the power of community and teamwork. Our dedicated family members and volunteers provide direct care, creating a supportive and loving atmosphere. In collaboration with medical hospice, we strive to address all aspects of our residents' needs, ensuring they are as comfortable as possible.

Our caregiving services are provided at no cost. We warmly welcome each individual, along with their family and friends, into our home, offering a haven of peace and support during the time where living and dying are acknowledged.
